“I can’t believe it, we are the winners of the gold medal” Colin Wallace has a wide smile on his face: diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2018, today he has become the winners of the para rowing race during the Beach Sprint Finals in Genoa together with his adventure partner Natacha Searson in the mixed double at the Beach Sprint Finals, in the category dedicated to para-athletes.

“You have to let yourself go – Wallace recounts on the beach in Genoa. – She was phenomenal and so was the coach because they adapted to me, adjusted the strategies and the training. The most important thing is to learn along the way, I didn’t know what to expect. Even if you have a disability or illness, you can reach your goals; you have to ask many questions to understand how to do things”.
